Is it possible to maintain a sense of privacy in an age where everything we do online is tracked, analyzed and fed back to us in an attempt to have us spend money? And how do we at Bond and Des Voeux maintain our values of trust and discretion in a world where sharing absolutely everything we do has come to be expected? Let’s find out.
From Explosive Beginnings to World Domination
It’s fair to say that social media has completely changed the world. No longer can we fly under the radar and go about our daily lives without posting a photo of our breakfast or updating our followers on how much we exercised last week – nor do we want to.
And it shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.
As people continue flocking to sign up to social media sites in droves, it’s safe to assume the world isn’t going to get any more private in the near future. But there are things we can do to keep things private on a personal level, and numerous ways we protect our client’s privacy at Bond and Des Voeux.
Privacy at Bond and Des Voeux
We take privacy incredibly seriously here at Bond and Des Voeux. Aside from our strict NDA policy, we instill our values of trust and discretion in several different ways. During meetings, we refer to our clients by a pseudonym or code name, to ensure discretion, and information is shared between team members on a secure platform.
The entire Bond and Des Voeux team are dedicated to providing an uncompromising service. We never take photos of our clients, their property, or the work we do, and we ensure that the service providers we work with follow the same principles.
Posting photos of our clients and their property would be a breach of their confidence, and go against our integral values of trust and discretion. Our focus is on providing the best possible service we can to our clients and posting photos to public forums would distract from that. What matters to us is that our clients are satisfied with the service we provide, and the high level of support we offer throughout every aspect of their transitionary time.
In keeping with our belief that privacy is of the utmost importance, we take care of everything from a comfortable distance, meaning our clients need only look forward to moving into their new home or office. Every member of the Bond and Des Voeux team, from those in the back office to those out in the field, is completely dedicated to providing a service that takes the stress away from our clients, and protecting their privacy is just one way we deliver.
